Jill Girany, MSN, FNP-C, Owner, Medical Director
Jill Girany serves as the Owner, Medical Director, and Lead Injector at AgeLess Medical. She holds the distinction of being a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, earning her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Wyoming in 2011. With a career spanning back to 2003, Jill has dedicated herself to the nursing profession, amassing valuable experience in intensive care, family practice, medical aesthetics and subacute care.
Spanning over a decade, Jill’s commitment to excellence in aesthetic medicine has been unwavering. Driven by an unrelenting passion for her craft, she has invested over 500 hours in specialized medical aesthetic training attending nationwide and worldwide training programs, conferences, and private trainings to continually enhance her expertise as an aesthetic injector. Jill remains at the forefront of the industry, employing up-to-date, safest, and most advanced injection techniques, products and equipment to deliver results that are not only natural but also enduring. She invests time specifically in anatomy, participating in cadaver courses, and understanding the complexities of complication management. Jill prides herself on possessing an innate “artistic eye” for achieving facial balance and harmonization.
In 2018, Jill founded AgeLess Medical, and in November 2021, celebrated the grand opening of the current establishment. Under her leadership, the clinic has experienced exponential growth and continues to provide the Cheyenne community and surrounding areas with results-oriented, evidence-based treatments and services. Central to AgeLess Medical’s ethos are the principles of patient safety, quality outcomes, and personalized treatment plans. The clinic is unwavering in its commitment to ongoing education, staff development, competency, and licensure, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained.
Jill firmly believes that every patient deserves to look and feel their best. At AgeLess Medical, her team works diligently to customize treatment plans aimed at optimizing skin health, slowing the aging process, boosting confidence, and preserving each patient’s unique, natural features.
In July 2022, Jill was honored to be selected as a national trainer by the prestigious Allergan Medical Institute. This role reflects her dedication to advancing the field of aesthetic medicine and facial rejuvenation through education. Jill is humbled by the opportunity to mentor and educate her peers, underscoring the importance of safe and competent practices in the industry. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jill is a devoted wife to an incredibly supportive husband and a loving mother to two terrific children. When she is not at AgeLess, you can find Jill shuttling her children to sports activities, taking in the mountain air, sitting beachside on a lake, attending concerts, reading, and of course, enjoying quality time with friends over a good happy hour. Brittany DeMartin
RN, BSN, Nurse Injector
Brittany is a dedicated and highly motivated individual, born and raised in the picturesque city of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Her journey in the medical field began when she graduated from nursing school in 2016, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors. She embarked on her career in the Intensive Care Unit, where she has been diligently working for nearly seven years, gaining valuable experience and expertise.
However, Brittany’s ambitions extended beyond traditional nursing, as she held a profound passion for medical aesthetics. In January 2023, she took a significant step by earning her certification in Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler procedures. Under the guidance of her mentor, Jill Girany, FNP-C, Brittany has been further honing her skills in the world of aesthetics.
What sets Brittany apart is her unwavering commitment to empowering women with confidence and knowledge in the aesthetics field. Her primary goal is to ensure that clients have realistic expectations of available procedures, all while prioritizing safety and consistency. Her meticulous attention to detail and a conservative approach ensure that she caters to the unique needs of her clients while delivering aesthetically pleasing outcomes.

JACKIE KOCH
Office Manager
In 2016, Jackie embarked on her career in the medical aesthetic industry as a Surgical Coordinator for a renowned Plastic Surgeon based in Denver, CO. With a passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful, she quickly realized that her heart belonged closer to home, in Cheyenne. In 2018, Jackie joined forces with Jill Girany to establish AgeLess Medical, a premier medical practice. Together, they have been on an incredible journey of building and growing the practice, striving to provide the highest quality care to their patients.
Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wyoming, as well as an Associate’s degree in Health Sciences, Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to AgeLess Medical. Her deep understanding of treatments and skincare has made her an invaluable asset to patients seeking rejuvenation and enhancement at the practice.
With her strong background in marketing and her dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, Jackie ensures that AgeLess Medical remains at the forefront of the industry, offering cutting-edge treatments and personalized care to every patient. Jackie has worked in the medical aesthetic field since 2016 and found her “home” with Jill and AgeLess Medical in 2018. JESSICA MULBERRY
Licensed Esthetician and Laser Specialist
Jessica is a highly skilled professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to AgeLess Medical. With her background in cosmetology from the renowned IBMC program, she has honed her craft and developed a deep understanding of skin psychology.
Since joining our team in 2019, Jessica has been dedicated to providing exceptional care and customized skincare treatments for her patients. With her extensive knowledge, she has the ability to assess each individual’s unique needs and create personalized treatment plans that deliver phenomenal results. What truly sets Jessica apart is her unwavering passion for helping her patients regain confidence in their skin. Jessica graduated from IBMC: Cosmetology Program and has been with AgeLess Medical as a Medical Esthetician and Laser Specialist since 2019. She has an extensive understanding of skin psychology which allows her to create custom skincare treatments for her patients and produce phenomenal results.She loves helping patients’ regain confidence and build connections with everyone she gets to treat.

Licensed Esthetician, Laser Specialist, and ZO Skin Expert
Lindsey is a talented and dedicated Medical Esthetician and Laser Specialist who joined the AgeLess Medical team in 2021. With her background in beauty and skincare from the esteemed Cheeks Beauty Academy, Lindsey brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of knowledge to our practice.
One of Lindsey’s greatest strengths lies in her ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients. She has a genuine knack for making people feel relaxed and comfortable, allowing them to fully embrace their skincare journey.
