OUR CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
To provide the highest level of care and respect the time of both our providers and patients, AgeLess Medical has implemented the following appointment policies. These policies help ensure all patients receive timely, high-quality care.
Appointment Confirmation
- All appointments must be secured with a valid credit or debit card on file.
- No charges will be made at the time of booking.
- The card on file is required solely to secure your appointment and to enforce our cancellation and no-show policy if necessary.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in no charge to the card on file.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee, which will be applied as a credit towards your next rescheduled appointment.
- Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment time or resulting in a no-show will incur a non-refundable late fee, charged to the card on file.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Fees are based on the scheduled service:
All Injection/Laser/Medical Appointments:
- 15minutes: $50
- 30-59 minutes: $100
- 60+ minutes: $150
Any Skin Health Service: $50

CHANGING SCHEDULED SERVICES
If you need to change the services you are scheduled for, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment to make these changes. We have set aside a specific amount of time to properly fulfill your scheduled services. If you do not change your scheduled services 24 hours before your appointment, you may be responsible for paying a portion of the scheduled service(s).

At AgeLess Medical, we have a 24-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:
ALL INJECTION / MEDICAL / LASER APPOINTMENTS
